How to activate recruit conditioning?

Basically im done how the "competitive" pvp is, i want to play wihout people going 500 mph per second.

I have been trying to find the supposed option to that, but its nowhere on the options, its disabled when you are on a higher rank?

It is only available if you are rank 0-2 in the Conclave syndicate. It basically match makes you with people of a similar conclave syndicate rank to you so rank 0-2 play together and 3-4 play together. You can also disable it if your rank 1 and want to play with the rank 3-4's.

If you go to the PvP menu where you select what mission type you want to play (e.g. Cephalon Capture etc.) by the exit button there will be "recruit Conditioning".

So basically im forced to play in an impossible "competitive" pvp?

God, i hope they reduce the movement soon and nerf many weapons that they need nerfs.
