Do scammers get trade banned?

I reported a scammer and just wanting to know if he or she is trade banned now

Depending on how bad the scam is, I think they would give you your stuff back (Unsure) But they will receive a ban, not just from trading, scamming is wrong,

Scamming isn't really possible in this game. Sharking is- scamming is not. You have every chance to review what is in a trade- and you must click ready before you can even accept. If something changes on either side before accept is clicked- the ready button is unclicked and must be clicked again.

I'm curious, its certainly not like games where you can be scammed doing drop trades or something like that. There's 0 reason to trade the platinum before the goods or vice versa either, and if you are buying say ember prime and frost prime from the same person and they ask for the whole amount upfront and they'll do it in two trades - politely tell them where to go.

I'm not sure how trading Kubrow imprints work - how do you know its actually a Lotus bulky Kubrow imprint? This is the only way i imagine of being scammed currently, although i don't actually know anything about the imprints, there could actually be a very easy way to tell what it is.

Directions to view an imprint appear at the bottom of the screen when one is selected.  I think it's pressing in one of the sticks on the One.

The trading system in Warframe is as idiot-proof as it gets. I mean each party sees what the other party is offering and has to accept twice.

In case you get scammed it was likely your own fault for not checking what the other party was offering before accepting twice.

That is correct, when a print or multiple prints are added to the trade you can press the left thumb stick in and you will then be able too view the kubrows.
