*Obelix* Tongue Forger

Obelix is a weird guy, a man who keeps his hands in the air, and has a really long tongue

Something akin to venom, he his muscular and buffed out as all can be

His entire body is like metal, but he has a rainbow tongue that is really long and gooey

He is unique, as he wields all 4 basic elements at his disposal

If he hits an enemy with 1 of his powers they are marked with that power

On the second hit, that enemy explodes, taking damage akin to the 2 combined elements

1 - Ice, 2 - Electric, 3 - Toxin, 4 - Fire

All his powers can be cast instantaneously or if you hold the button, you charge up a stronger attack

A little meter pops up when charging the power, all 4 do this, it will fill like as if you had a bow charging

He cant use natural talent or speed drift casting speed buffs, as he casts instantly if you press the button

All his powers are super fast, or can be charged up

 

 

Passive:: (Recuperation) Every time 1 of his powers hit's an enemy he gains 2 health and  1 energy

*All 4 of his powers as well gain combo multipliers that increase the damage and reduce the cost by 2x then 3x and then 4x

Power 1:: Freezing Spit 25 Energy {50 when max charged}

Obelix spits super fast moving spit bubbles of ice

When these hit an enemy they freeze for 4 seconds

They as well take 50% more damage from elemental attacks

Are are proc'd blue, for ice damage from the next elemental attack

On hit it deals a small 35 - 45 - 55  - 65 frost damage

*Charge to increase its damage

 

If you charge up the attack it increases the damage up to a max of 100% more elemental damage on freeze

As well the base damage will increase by 100% to 70 - 90 - 110 - 130 frost damage on hit

The spit bubble is bigger, and moves slower now, but will explode in an aoe range of 8m

Nearby enemies hit by the explosion also freeze, and now the freeze lasts 8 seconds

Power 2:: Shocking Slap 25 Energy {75 when max charged}

Obelix slaps nearest target with his tongue, it shocks them and stuns them for 2 seconds

They take a purple proc for electric damage, to be combined with his other attacks

The enemy takes an initial 40 - 50 - 60 - 70 electric damage on each hit, and is stunned each time they are hit

 

If you hold down the button Obelix goes into a raging spin

His tongue extends out as he spins and he becomes a spinning top of doom

Smacking everything with his extended tongue for electric damage as he moves around

Enemies are stunned and hit with electric procs

Power 3:: Fumic Acid 25 Energy {75 when max charged}

Obelix spits a spray line of acid toxic slime at an enemy

This poisons them and deals damage over time, their movement is slowed by 50% while spit on

The toxin damage deals a bit of damage over time, and gives them a green toxin proc for his other powers

 

If you charge up this power, he will instead vomit up a huge wave of acid 

This wave will explode on contact and leave behind a small toxic puddle for 3 seconds

Any enemies that touch it take 5% of their max health as damage a second

As well they are slowed and take additional green procs and toxin procs

The wave of acid spit will knock over any enemies within its vicinity

It explodes on contact with any surface or target, explosion range of 12m

*Charging increases the cost, channel it up to charge at a rate of 4 energy a second, it takes a bit to charge, 2-3 seconds perhaps

 

Power 4:: Engulfing Barrage 25 Energy {100 when max charged}

For his ult, he fires out a barrage of explosive fiery spit balls of doom

Each time they hit an enemy, that enemy is knocked back and sent flying

The knockback will send them flying, like if they are hit by a truck

They are set on fire on contact with the fiery spit balls, and get a red fire proc

The burn damage reduces the damage they deal by 30% as well, for as long as they have a red proc

 

If you charge up this power, he instead will fire a massive engulfing fire ball that is about 5 times bigger

This moves very slow and explodes in a hailstorm of fire, with a range of 25m for the explosion

All enemies within radius are knocked down, and set on fire, and have their damage reduced by 40%

They take damage over time while on fire, and run around in a craze instead of fighting

This lasts for 8 seconds, for any enemy hit, they are in a hysteria while on fire

*Okay, so each power gives a proc on hit, blue - purple - green - red*

He can use any of his powers to combo an enemy and it explodes in a aoe damage with a range of 3m

The damage dealt depends on the combination

Blue blue for ice, purple purple for electric, green green for toxin, red red for fire

but if you use other combos it deals the respective damage

red blue for blast, purple green for corrosive, red green for gas, blue purple for magnetic, red purple for radiation, blue green for viral

On combo the status chance is at a 50% chance to activate

The combo will explode in a 3m radius as well each time, it only deals a base 25 extra damage based on the combo

as Obelix ranks up the damage increases, from 25 - 35 - 45 - 55, and can be increased by power str mods

 

So if he casts 1 then 2 it will explode in a magnetic damage proc, for the damage based on rank

 

He can cast really fast and forge combos together using hes 4 powers

Or charge them up for even more damage

 

He basicaly forges the battle with his own powers, and wields all the elements

His tongue is like a rainbow, and he is metallic and slimy and crazy buff like Venom

Slimy and weird like a monster frog, he uses his tongue and spit to dominate the enemy

the venom photo is used a visual reference to him

I think he sounds crazy mad 

A really in depth design, to combo his powers, built for spamming

So at base value the tap use of any of his powers is weak

But if you hold the button, you charge up the power, it drains energy while charging, release for full power

And the charged version is much more powerful

 

I would think that charged, the cost would change differently

1 would cost 50 when charged max

2 would cost 75 when charged max

3 would cost 75 when charged max

and his 4 would cost 100 when maximum charged

ignoring the little 4 energy a second thing, i have no clue

he's a really weird warframe, spitting on everything...
