Where to get Orokin Ciphers

I want to make the hidden messages quest but I need Orokin Ciphers. So, where do I get them? The Void(nope), The Derelict(nope), Saturn(nope) and so on... So, where?

Orokin Derelict Vaults. The place where you get the corrupted mods.

And that's where you're wrong. You do get them in the derelicts. In the Orokin Vaults, to be specific. So grab some friends, equip a Dragon key and go hunting for Corrupted Mods.

To go the the orokin vault in the derelict you need to craft key and believe me its better when you are in a team because you can only have 1 of those key on you and there is 4 type.

I suppose you're new. Before jumping in the Void and Derelict, complete your solar map, get a few frames, some higher tier weapons, max them out, then go to the Void and Derelict. There's a time for everything. Maybe your time for the Void ain't here right now. Especially if you're a solo player, that requires some better builds. Or find a squad that can carry you through the mission...

 

EDIT : Not saying that your Boltor and Dex weapons are not viable for the Void. At rank 30 with good builds you could solo almost everything in the void. You should just get more familiar with the game first. It doesn't require much skill but still... Find some good builds first (= maxed mods and relevant combinations).

First for credits i advise you to go dark sector defense on sechura on pluto 5 minutes than extract its 20 000 credits fast made.

For the time sadly i can only be on between 8 pm to 9 pm gmt-5 wich is 9 pm to 10 pm in atlantic time.

That because i have a little awesome daughter and a bedtime routine to maintain
