It has been aimed primarily at 18-24 year olds and has been built up by "mining relevant public data" So yeah, this is what all the lack of privacy in windows 10 was for, a chatbot that speaks like a social media addicted young person. Anyways the bot is @tayandyou on twitter, and is also on snapchat, kik and groupme, so have a laugh at it before the sewer pipes of the internet ruin it forever.
