I don't play Rhino that often but efficiency is always good. Strength for buffing, range for CC. Adjust based on group comp and mission type. Solo I would probably go for efficiency and duration, so you don't have to worry about energy as much when it's time to recast Iron Skin and Roar.

What do you want to be using him for?  I have a Rhino build I like but it is specifically for speed running (Nightmare) alerts and certain Sortie missions such as Rescue where completing the mission and getting out fast is all I care about.  This means my build is fast and uses Iron Skin to prevent knock downs and hooks that could slow me down.

I actually want a build for Void missions. Isn't it should be tanker ? And is speed really important for rhino p?
