I have been finding these panels around the hive, in which you have to decipher the code , what do they open?

they look like the alarm panels. one you have to blow up something to get to it. the it needs to hacked, do not know they are for

After hacking the panel, head down the corridor on the left. Halfway through, on the right, is a window. There will be a gap just above the glass that will allow you to shoot an Exploding Barrel; doing so will destroy a pillar of infested flesh. Head back towards the control panel and down the trench to its left. You should be able to access a room with some lockers through a new hole in the floor. This room is one of the possible places for Hidden Caches during Hive Sabotage missions.

Alternatively, if you have an Ignis or similar weapon, you can simply skip the hacking. Instead, directly enter the trench. You will see a blob of infested flesh blocking the grate that allows you to enter the room. Simply aim up and fire, detonating the Exploding Barrel with the Ignis' punch-through.
