Can you cancel support ticket?

Question

And while we're at it, can you supplement your original ticket with extra info, screenshot, situation update etc ...?

I had an issue when, after I've extracted arcane set, game would CTD whenever I wanted to select a new item for arcane placement. This was known bug that many people had.

However last hotfix seemed to remedy this completely. Curiously patch notes never mentioned arcane menu issues, was it really deliberately or accidentally fixed, we may never know ^^ And it's not important atm.

So question remains, can I cancel, or supplement my ticket telling support guys that my issue has been resolved?

They do appreciate it if you update your ticket with a notice to close, so I'd recommend doing just that.

I did this. I've sent follow up explaining that hotfix resolved the issue. Hopefully that will ease the strain on our busy support ppl.
