Support wait times

Anyone know the average wait time for support? I posted eight days ago, was wondering if they're very busy, usually take longer or what with so I can get some idea of the expected wait.

It ussualy takes between 2 weeks and a month.

Depends on how flooded they are, what type of issue you're going to them for, and a variety of other factors I believe. I have personally gotten responses in anywhere from a couple hours to a couple days to up to 2 weeks in my personal experiences. Can possibly take more- but I can say one thing, once they get to you they always solve w/e issue you're having.

Apparently, average is 2 weeks like other have said.

But in my personal experience, longest wait time I have is around 8 hours. Most of the time I got reply in an hour or two. Guess I've been lucky, huh.
