Can't use ablities only on 1 account

Hi, my friend have problem, he can't use any ability. We tried on my account and all is working fine. We checked bindings and they are fine too. Any ideas?

Is his 'frame ranked? Does he have enough energy? More context, please.

What level is his warframe? Abilities are gradually unlocked when you level up. Does he have enough energy when he tries to cast the power?

Check his options, gameplay tab. There's a setting in there that you can toggle called "use ability on select" or something like that. If that's off, just pushing the button (say, 4) won't do anything. Dumb setting is dumb.

warframe lvl is 15 so he should have all 4 skills, energy is full too
