Voltage
Today I logged in after using my other machine for a few days and my frame rate is capped at 30 FPS. I have re installed the game, Reset config, changed to "optimized" settings from Nvidia GeForce, but nothing is helping. I cannot get back to my steady 60 that I had before. I tried even turning frame rate cap off and disabling V-Sync and I am stuck at 30 frames. My Specs: AMD FX-9590 16 GB DDR3 RAM Zotac GTX 970 I have no frame rate issues with other games so my monitor is not the problem, nor my GPU

Even running the game in 4k your gpu should go over 30 fps. Try checking with nVidia inspector that does the Warframe (nvidia) profile "miraculously" have frame rate limited and is the v-sync on. Are you using any third party application which might limit the fps? eg. Rivatuner/afterburner or a software bundle that came with your GPU or similar? Otherwise I would suggest you to contact warframe support and send them ee.log file + dxdiag.txt etc that they can check your system and warframe for the bug/issue causing the fps limit. Edit: btw. people are reporting in reddit and nvidia forums about some issues (fps drops, black screen, color issues, installation issues etc.) with nVidia Geforce 364 series drivers. I'm using Win10 and 364.72 driver. I'm getting some 1sec fps drops and hiccups here and there in 10-20 min cycles but I really can't narrow down is it because of the share instant replay (<-- probably), drivers or with warframe. http://wccftech.com/nvidias-latest-game-ready-driver-allegedly-killing-gpus-plagued-issues/ https://forums.geforce.com/default/board/33/ https://www.reddit.com/r/nvidia/ Edited April 4, 2016 by carnaga
