No, Guides do not have to wear the sigil at any point. Obviously, it's recommended that they do so if they plan on hanging out in the relays or helping people out, but it's by no means mandated.

No, we are not required to wear our sigil. There are no rules in regard to a "dress code". I generally only put mine on when I am going to the relay with the intent to try to help people. The rest of the time I am hanging out in region and recruiting just asking to help people.
