Why paris prime upper limb hard?

I been farming for days already and always never get it, why is the part so hard?

It's simply a rare item - it's all based on RNG. Keep farming, you'll get it eventually

T2 D or T1S? I've gotten more in T1S mainly cause it's crazy easy to get to 40 in survival compared to most defenses.

rare parts are based on programmed drop weights.

random numbers have very little to do with it.

some parts are programmed to drop more rarely... prime parts are on a weighted drop system, meaning some parts drop very rarely.  sometimes farming for those parts can be very frustrating.

Sorry to bring up a dead topic - was logged out for a while

Although drops are weighted, it is still RNG. A dice is still rolled, only there are more ones on this dice than twos, metaphorically speaking
