All but War are exclusive to the bundle, which can be purchased from the Market (in the Bundles category) for 825 Platinum. War can be crafted using the Blueprint dropped by Shadow Stalker. You can only fight Shadow Stalker after completing the Second Dream quest, after which, he'll invade your missions just like regular Stalker.
