Force Fullscreen and remove all gears everytime?

I think this problem is solved.

But now it is returned. Everytime I start the game, the game always started in Fullscreen mode which I have to remove the tick in tick-box every time.

Also in Option, it is not remember the choice and adjustment I made.

And another one is Gear slot, it is removed into empty gear every time I logged in into the game.

It is frustrated that I have to set the Option every time I play the game and put the gear items that I use every time I logged in into the game.
