Incorrect Channeling Cost Readout

On the weapon stats outside of selecting the mods (when you've already equipped your weapon and you're glancing the stats) I'm viewing "Channelling Cost 0" when it should be correctly shown as 2, which it correctly shows after entering the upgrade menu.

This is on the Dual Kamas using the Nari and Vali skin. The mods are as listed(mods with no stated rank are max): Pressure Point, Fury, Blood Rush[R9], Life Strike[R0], Focus Energy, Reflex Coil, Berserker, Prime Reach[R9]

The glitch is replicated on any weapon after selecting the upgrade option and viewing these mods; If you freshly equip a weapon, it will show proper stats until opening and exiting the upgrade menu.

The problem seems to be that my Focus Energy and Reflex Coil mixed with my unranked Life Strike are turning up lower than it should be.

Update: In addition, I'm viewing that it's reading out many stats incorrectly on fresh equip.

Dual Kamas on the same build, freshly equipped > After Viewing upgrade menu and exiting:

Electricity 92.4 > 96.6

Slash 115.5 > 120.8

Puncture 30.8 > 32.2

Impact 7.7 > 8.1

Wall att. 985.6 > 1030.4

Status 20.0% > 20.0%

Spin att. 1478.4 > 1545.6

Leap att. 492.8 > 515.2

Critical Multiplier 2.0x > 2.0x

Critical Chance 15.0% > 15.0%

Chan. Dmg. 1.5x > 1.5x

Chan. Cost 2 > 0

Attack Speed 1.52 > 1.63

Conc 140|942

I fear that even those are not correct, as this is what Warframe builder is giving me.

Excalibur's "Art of the Blade" is being taken into account strangely, which causes misreads in the UI. Correct math, as it's increasing speed and damage as appropriate, but it's showing them as if these stats are being decreased, showing the adjusted stats in red and the pre-art of the sword stats in white.
