Sands of Inaros "Second Vessel" Challange

It has been over 4 hours of obtaining the quest this friday of April 22nd of 2016. As of which upon completion of the first part of this quest "Sands of Inaros" I acquired the blueprint and a Jar to fill. Later upon killing 60 so or more monsters I returned to the tomb, cleared the cat ambush and got another Jar to fill. Thus the second vessel, no way to see the jar or examine it. But to this day as of now I have killed the following in normal defense missions ; Railgun MOA = 100+ (Jupiter - Io), Hyekka Master 100+ (Phobos- Drunlo), Brood Mother 100+ (Erris - Akkad)[Dark Sector Defense]. To no avail all of the monsters slain does not progress the second vessel, thus leaving me at a stand still in the quest for Inaros. Please help!

100+ reffers to waves of monsters from 5 to 20 (about 20 kills or more each 5 waves)

Also note that what ever monster I kill does not flash the screen or make the sound to note the player of success.
