Seeking End Game Advice

So for endgame e.g 2 hour T4 or lvl 250 Corrupted Bombards would you say Ivara with Artemis Bow would be better or EB Blinding and performing finishers is better overall?

I am looking at:

-Survivability

-Crowd Control

-Damage per second

-Overall usefulness

If you want to play as part of a team you should take a look at Loki disarm, Mirage blind and Vauban for crowd control, Trinity bless and Volt shield for general usefulness and team survivability and Banshee for team DPS. Those are the basics for long survival camping run.

If you look at solo run try Excal+Naramon and a crit melee build (body count+blood rush). Perma invisibility give you all the survivability you want and radial blind finisher allow you to oneshot pretty much anything for a long time. I don't know about Ivara but ice Chroma also give good result for survivability and damage.

Wait you are talking about actual endgame? It doesn't exist.

If you're talking about killing lvl9000+ enemies, covert lethality is your best weapon.

At that point, no weapon is going to do you much good. Even the strongest weapons and Warframe abilities fall off, especially if you're fighting level 250's (which is unnecessary outside of bragging rights, but that's why people do it anyway).
Otherwise, you'd be better off using Ivara Sleep arrows and just stabbing people in the back with a dagger+Covert Lethality. Or any other crowd control that opens up finishers.
