Hydroid FPS drop

So my friends and I were doing some T3 MD missions when I bring Hydroid to rank up. However, upon casting 4 a massive way of FPS drop happened. All my friends also experiencing the FPS drop as well. For me, it would drop to 1 FPS and then hold 20 FPS for about 30 secs. The FPS drop would happen as soon as I cast 4. Even stranger, it did not happen all the time. However, when it did happen everyone noticed it at the same time. 

My specs: FX-8320, R9 280, and 16 Gigs of DDR3

Friend 1 computer: i7, R9 390, and 8 gigs of DDR4

Friend 2 computer: i7, intergrated graphics, and 8 gigs of DDR3
