Support takes so long

Why is it taking so long for the Support team to fulfill a need/problem

DE is a small company running a huge playerbase. 
Support tickets typically take between 5 days and 2 weeks to be addressed.

Mine took 1 week which is astonishing specially when you consider we have 20 000 000+ registered users.

Forum statistic is unreliable. You can catch the support without registering yourself to forums. We have over 20 000 000 registered tenno so 5 days to 2 weeks for response from support is pretty impressive.

Lots of people with lots of problems needing to be solved. Then there's players that submit multiple reports when their request isn't responded to fast enough for them.
