Kela Mods Permanent?

Just to clear up some confusion that i'm having, will the mods that are a reward of the Kela's Court mission from the reward going to be dropping after the event? Normally, not in another event. Is it unknown like one person in region chat said? I am NOT talking about the stance mods. I'm talking about the mods like Electromagnetic shielding, Acid Shells, Fomorian Accelerant, etc..

Short answer, the mods are permanently available in the game.
