The Nikana Hilt isn't going anywhere. As for a key location, any place that can drop T3 keys, more or less. There's no designated area for T3 Caps specifically. No, Saryn Prime Access will be going away, which is being able to buy her/cosmetics/weapons outright. The Prime which will be vaulted next will be Loki, along with Bo Prime and Wyrm Prime.
