Good place to farm T3 keys?

Hello guys

I have almost all the nodes and I have all the planets. I am always running survival missions for any tower key drop. Latelly I was playing Hieracon to get T3/T4 keys but there is always more T4 keys, than T3 ones, and, I am always geting T4 Sab and a T4 MD. So, the question is, where is now the best placet to get a guruante T3 key??

for t3-t2 i like to do ceres lex spy mission....

I'm fairly certain Triton and other high level, non-dark sector Excavations would be the fastest option. I wouldn't rule out high-level Spy missions either though; they aren't quite as fast but you can still speed through them once you learn the vault patterns and earn some nice loot on the sides.
