I accidentally sold the wings for the odanta  while ago and now I don't know how to get a new one

If you aren't still on the Archwing quest you'll need to contact Support via the link at the bottom of this page.

Like Katinka says, contact support to see if they can help you.  If you know people who are doing the archwing quest (or try recruiting chat or start a new thread asking for help here), you can hop on their excavation mission and hope to get the part bp you need.

If you're in a clan, you can get the Itzal parts blueprints from the Tenno Lab so that way you will have at least one archwing so you can do archwing missions.  There is also Odonata Prime which you can buy from other players if you can't or don't want to farm the parts yourself, but I would get Itzal first because it's easy to get (it's clan tech, therefore no RNG) and it's actually a decent archwing.
