Could someone bring me up to date please

I haven't played this game since Ash Prime because of Neurodes and Neural Sensors. I also read something about a mushroom or monkey Warframe somewhere. So could someone please bring me up to date and tell me the major changes that were made in the time i was gone?

as for the "monkey frame" that's Wukong, you can find him in the Tenno Lab of your nearest Dojo.
