MR and formaing weapons change

Anyone have an idea if the change where Mastery Rank provides the new starting level of a just forma'd item (as opposed to just returning to level 0) is expected with the bunch of stuff we think will arrive by the end of May?

They talked about it in the latest Dev Stream but I missed if they were specific(ish) about timing.

I dont think they gave a definite time table for that. I would imagine it happening with U19 but...

It was only brought up as an idea recently, so not for a while id say. Probably post U19.

Right - thanks for that. Was going to delay formaing some stuff as this change would save time. However as it is not imminent, I'll just get on with it!
