Reward failure

I just finished a mission and I got a ton of rewards, but the game said that it wasn't able to save my progress. Is there a way that I can receive my rewards or do I have to do the mission all over again?

The same just happended to me. I lost the Orokin Catalyst BP reward and can't do the mission again as it disappeared from the Alert list.

I got some of the same problems with Orokin Cell rewards and other things from Survivals.

I had the same problem not getting getting a catalyst from the Proxy Retribution Alert.

Edit. nvm I didn't realize the reward was a built catalyst rather than a bp

Just went through a survival and didn't get anything except a credit reward. All gear remained unranked....

Ran 3 lots of T2 Sab and I received Hikou Pouch twice but it isn't in my inventory. Not the first time this is happened...I don't want to have to start to screenshot all my rewards but a lot of them go missing....

I lost the final Nitain to my Vauban prime because of that hotfix.

This happened to me last night (GMT+1 here) at the end of the Orokin Catalyst Alert (Defense mission vs Corpus).

I was playing solo and I found out that I had some connection problems (most probably a faulty cable on my end that is now fixed).

After a few rounds of "Failed to updated account progress" it timed out completely and it seems that I received all normal rewards except the Catalyst BP.

What bothers me is that I can't do the alert again as it counted as completed anyway.

Since I've seen this problem being reported both on the forums, the wiki and reddit quite a few times in the past: couldn't the alerts be made atomic transactions please?

Either we get ALL the rewards and the alert is done, or we get NOTHING and we can do it again? It would solve the problem for 90% of the people involved without bothering the support guys.
