hey guys was just requesting help in getting some orokin cells i am not very strong but is requesting some help please

Check the star map, when you are in the 'zoom out' mode, it shows the icons of the drops you get on the planet. If you select the planet it gives the names of the drops on the right side.  If you just need one or two, the bosses on the appropriate planet typically drop the "rare" mats. If you need more they are a possible reward (x3 IIRC) from one of the defense void missions.

If you go to the warframe wiki and look them up, there is usually a note about the best ways to farm whatever you are looking at.

Well if you've had enough play time to unlock Saturn, then you can get em ezy in def or surv.

You can turn on your recruiting chat in the game through the options menu. The chat tab itself is portrayed with the little magnifying glass in the header of the chat module.

Use it to find players for a squad that will go on missions you need help with.
