The air in front of him shimmered, and he found himself standing on a walkway that led to a circular platform. The Arbiters were assembled on pillars around it, just as they were on the Relays. You'll be working with some Archons and a few engineers to clear the rubble and rebuild the structure. Someone will be waiting at the landing pad to take you to the site." "Would you by any chance be one of those types who build your own weapons?" He leans in. "I heard Perrin is looking for some help with a project." He says.
