I'm in the market for a new PC as you can see by my one other post, and I was wondering if I should get the RX 480 for the better price/performance ratio or should I get the GTX 1070 for the fancy NVidia features like Ansel and Shadowplay.
If I get the 1070 I'll consider getting the Shield Portable
