Then Rebecca asks them on the couch during the streams. These threads are posted in the "Livestream & Contests" section. Look for a new thread called Coming Soon: Devstream #76. You can make a feedback post in the appropriate section to express an idea, and you can look up a dev's forum account and PM them and MAYBE get a response (they get tons of PM's I'm sure) but if you actually want to ask and be answered that's probably your best bet.
