Gear broken?

I'm curently trying to do the jordas quest to get atlas( I know way late). When I equip the pods and go in mission it equips my old gear setup (exclooding the pods), same profile and everything.  I tried relogging nothing seems to work.

 

 Side note I did the limbo therom and crafted limbo and it's still asking me to play the mission and make a whole new limbo.

Yes gear is broken currently, they know about it and will hopefully fix soon.

Limbo quest trouble is what you should do a support ticket for.
