Hi, after +20 runs with a nekros and a full team, we never got this mod. also i made some research on other topics from warframe forums and reddit and I saw NOBODY who said they got it.
So if someone got it, please let us know because for now i feel like this mod is unobtenable and DE missed to add it properly.

Looks like that executioner have 2 drop table, one for lvl 60 and one for 85 and mod is in lvl60 table. But problem is he barely spawn in lvl60 arena

i know people even tried both of arenas (lvl 60 and 85) but as I said , nobody claimed to got the mod, this is a bit weird, as i said it sounds like the mod is not obtenable. so let me know if i'm wrong.
