Fatal Teleport modding

If Fatal Teleport affects the "teleport" ability, then do power strength mods alter the damage of the finisher attack that is inflicted via that ability?

However, that is made mostly pointless by the mod for single daggers "Covert Lethality". Whenever you do a finisher animation to an enemy it kills them regardless of their HPs. Still, Fatal Teleport activates the finisher animation in automatic and give you back half of the energy spent to use Teleport. That means that with a dagger every third use of Teleport is for free. But if you don't like single daggers, I suggest to go for a 200% power strength. That means a bonus damage of 600% on Fatal Teleport, enough to kill everybody, at any level.

Yes, the damage multiplier from Fatal Teleport is affected by power strength. Higher strength will do more damage.
