Pc to Ps4 transfer

Is it possible for me to get item transfer from my pc account to my ps4 account I used to play it on pc and spent a lot of Money on it but my computer is now too slow for me to be able to play it properly so I moved to Ps4 since It was faster than my pc n Easier to play but I can't help feeling I've wasted my pl cos I can't use the items on my pc btw by item transfer is it moving the items on top of my ps4 account or does it replace my ps4 account items/progress If it does replace it then nvm a transfer because I've spent about 350hrs getting to where I am . Please tell me how transfer works.

DE must negotiate account transfers and make them happen. They have done so only once so far, and while they have said they "might" do it again, it's not going to happen any time soon.

There is nothing we can do but wait and hope. If it ever happens, DE will announce it.

As for account migration it cannot be done currently due to de having to organizing it with Sony/Microsoft,and yes it is an overwrite.
