Haven't played in over a year, missing purchased equipment now

Hi all, I haven't played in over a year and after returning, I'm noticing that I'm missing some items, most notably a max rank serration mod and the Carrier sentinel (and probably more). For the Carrier sentinel, I still have a Dethcube, but the Carrier shows as I need to purchase it, and if I look at my profile stats, it displays Carrier as my most used one. Before I submit a ticket to support, did something happen in the game that would have made those go away? There's no way I would have gotten rid of these items on purpose, or even accidentally really.

I don't think anything major enough has happened as to cause you to lose those items.

 

Submitting a ticket is your best bet.
