Arcane Enhancement (Arcane Guardian) x2 can it stack?

Simple question will 2x Arcane Guardian stack the 60% to 120% or does it just increase the chance of the 60% proc?

I assume the answer is also valid for any other similar % increase Enhancement or are there exceptions?

Chance only.

By the way, it's separate. So it's not really double the chance, but individual chance for each Arcane to activate it's effect.

u will just get double chance to proc... i have guardian.. and procs pretty often.. 1 set is enough really.. and its pretty nice with arcane grace^

Both arcanes are treated as individual procs.

Technically using 2x the same arcane does increase the chance of procing the same effect but there is also a chance that both will proc at the same time. So it's not a straight up stack... Neither do the effects stack.
