How can I rank up my mastery level fast?

You can do endless mission or Spy mission that is well rewarding when doing stealth , if you're looking "for a news draco" let people search and keep an eyes on forum

Buy weapons and frames with real money and play with them 24/7 until each peice hits level 30, then swap for an unranked item.

Personally, I think DE should make players pay for their Mastery Ranks, in $100 increments. Maybe in the next update!

That would make the game less appealing for newer players. For example, they start the game and as they level, it says, "Purchase a Mastery Rank for $100!" Lots of people would quit because they wouldn't want to pay so much.

Mastery is tied to your progression through various equipment.  Level everything to 30, the interception on Ceres is a traditional place to level equipment quickly.

Sentinels.

The weapon that comes with the sentinel is worth full mastery like a regular weapon, plus the sentinel itself is worth as much mastery as a warframe and they level together.

Carrier, Shade, Wrym and Dethcube are in the market for 100,000 creds and common materials. Start with those.

Just be aware they and their weapons take "sentinel slots". If you plan to keep them all be prepared to buy slots. If not, save the one you want to keep for last.
