Limbo Theorem missions block underlying node

With the new star chart I'm finding myself faced with the problem that there are three Limbo Theorem excavations blocking the original node (e.g. Martialis, Mars). Playing those missions doesn't do anything, they won't go away. And since I already have the quest completed, it seems that I don't get rewarded the blueprints, either.

Are there really missions underneath it ?

Yup, asked my friend. After we played the round, the Limbo mission disappeared for him (host) and showed the regular node, Martialis.

Another fun thing: The Limbo mission doesn't count towards the junction goals like "Kill 300 Arid Grineer".

Ah, apparently the mission only gets marked as played when you're the host. Anyway, why do I have that mission in the first place when I've already finished the quest?

I cant get the Limbo Blueprint after I have completed the Limbo Theorem Quest and don't know how to get the Blueprint.  There are no quests for me to do and I cant get his Blueprints from the Market. What do i do to get his Blueprint( Not the Quest)????
