no more regular mission when there is an alert/syndicate/invasion mission on it

Why the hell since specters of the rail we can't chose anymor if we want to play a regular mission instead of an alert?
will this come back to normal in a next patch?
i don't want to wait for hours or DAYS in case of long invasion mission to play a regular mission i like

EDIT: by the way quest are also blocking some mission like cambria on earth for the limbo theorem, that i already did, because i actually have limbo and i still have some quest bugged in my navigation, and i don't want to make mesa's and limbo's quest once again

the patch was rush hard. even DE said so, they obviously forgot some things, this being one of them. just give it some time and it'll go back to normal
