How do I setup Warframe for multiple users on same PC

So I recently setup another computer capable of running Warframe.  Both me and my son play, but sometimes we use one PC and sometimes we use the other.  I'm not a steam fan and just run the launcher directly. 

 

How can I setup the launcher from his account.  As it is now, I have to log into my account on the PC, run the launcher, and then he can log into his Warframe account.  I'd like to set it up so he can log into his account (or me into mine) on that PC, and run the launcher. 

 

Any tips?  It seems to install into local user files...

No, I installed from my account on that PC; from his account, there is no trace of Warframe.  Its not in the applications and if I put a shortcut on his desktop, it will not launch.

Well then the only thing you can do is either A. Download it from his account again I am pretty sure, but don't make it overwrite (Pretty sure that will work)

Or use steam which lets you change accounts, that's really all I can think of that would do it without potentially editing something that could have adverse effects.
