Buffed Weapons

I sometimes hear that some weapons were nerfed and buffed, but I can't find the changes on the Warframe website. Someone said that the Stradavar was buffed or something but I'm not sure if it's true or not, and my friend said that the Tonkor was nerfed.

and nothing has changed with the Crutch Weapon in particular you're talking about.
