ToopMaNoop Posted July 10, 2016 Share Posted July 10, 2016 I've made an order for a mag statue and when it arrived i was really excited but i calmed my nerves down and took carefu time and pace to ut it together but before i even opened the box already a couple of the parts on mag and her stand art were broken i made an email to the Customer support but no one has replied. so i sent another two emails in different "help" locations from the websight still no word. this was over a week ago am i the only person who is having trouble contacting customer support?
