Archwing parts and syndicates

Are the parts set for each syndicate or do they recycle from time to time?

So far all the syndicate mods, weapons etc. have been always the same for the syndicates, no switching around. Some mods/parts you can find from 2 different syndicates. I would guess the new aw weapon parts should follow the same logic.

So in short: i don't think they'll be recycled, but since big changes have been and will be (The War Within coming soon) made, can't say that with 100% certainty.
