Endless Missions with Fissures Idea

What does everyone think about endless missions, with void fissures, having fissures appear every other wave, ten minutes, etc (or something to that effect).  I believe it's appease players who enjoyed that style of play, encourage people to stay longer, and just be a bit of a challenge.  Let's see those ideas.

Youd have to figure out a way to equip another relic.

But it seems like a fun way to get endless missions while still making players use relics instead of the old endless where one key could mean 5hours of rewards without much effort (coughnaramoncough)

True.  Perhaps it could be each member of the team using a key, you continue to use the same type of key endlessly, or using the same type of key until you run out.

If we agree that the vast majority of players rarely went past 40 minutes without some serious cheese tactics, perhaps we could make a fissure spawn every ten minutes (meaning none at start, then at 10, 20, 30 and 40) and with each fissure closed you can pick another item from the end screen. Ie., close three fissures and you get to grab three of the four revealed items.

Would that work?
