Bloody hell, when I think things can't get worse I have to complete 3 waves of interception in archwing for the Chroma systems, any tips on how to complete it? (have low level archwing)

In Archwing only ONE enemy can capture a point at a time. Once you have points captured, just snipe the capturers if you feel you can't constantly handle extended firefights.

Obvious tip is to rank up your Archwing/weapons.  Find an appropriately leveled intercept mission and a group that wants to farm and go as long as you can.  I did the interception you're talking about with a group when my AW was level 23 and after three waves, it was 27 (no affinity booster either), so it won't take that long.
