Cant go to deskop and back to the game

First, I want to say that im not good in english, so please dont hate me for it !

Now, I wanna know why is this happening to me and how do I fix it. I think it can be becouse I have win XP SP 3.

When do I play warframe mission, or im just in my landingcraft, and I wanna to minimalizate it(becouse of someting like skype call, look to notes ......), its okay, BUT when I want to go back to this game, I have this :
Game I dont see my cursor, I hear sounds from game and I can really move, shoot, jump just do all, but I see only my deskop. When I minimalizate it again and go back, it sbugged and I must close it with ALT+F4

Go to settings and use "borderless fullscreen". This should make alt+tab'ing as seemless as it can be.
