Kubrow Missing Collar

So I recently breeded another kubrow, and I matured it from puppy stage to take it on missions but when I went to equip it, it said "Missing Collar." I am MR16, so I did the collar quest a long time ago and it is in my inventory.  Do I need to wait to take it on missions or is my game bugged? Is it something recently changed?

It is a bug. Read the description of maturing button.
Got the same while breeding catdog and while this

This will self-fix in a close time. Once it was fixed after stasis, once with reloging.

It has happened to me too, try to relog it worked for me
