Can't equip my new kubrow

So I just bred a new kubrow from random incubation. I matured it so i could take on missions. I try to equip it and it says ' you can't take your dog on missions without a collar' - or something like that. I have already done howl of kubrow quest and have like 15 other kubrows as well as a kavasa prime collar. How am I supposed to put collar on my new dog if I can't equip??? And shouldn't it be born with the regular collar already on???

I have found a fix to this issue.
if your howl of the kubrow quest is complete.
your dog is matured
not on stasis cool down
and you cannot equip the collar to equip your new kubrow.
then run a single mission (i used e prime on earth) (with no companion) and return to your your arsenal and your kubrow should be equipable.

i tested this and it has worked twice for me so far.

Thanks man, this worked for me as well. (also ran e-prime)
