Tekelu Skin, where are thou?

According to patch notes the new skins are available in Simaris offerings:

Can someone who didn't buy skin for plat point me where they are?

Shame there's isnt non-plat option but I can manage a bit and rake dem plats.

You misread it - that statement actually belongs to the Heliocor. The text for the item is below the picture.

Everything is available from market, but Heliocor is the only thing available on simaris.
